FAQ

• What does 2078 mean?

  • It's a name I've previously gone by, and occasionally still use in a few instances. Originally, I thought it looked cool and it was available on namemc. I liked that it didn't have any established meaning. I've had (other robot identified entities, mostly) some people ask if it's an identification number for me, which was unintentional, but I do like, so that's basically how I use it now.

• How did you make this site?

  • It's my first attempt at using a static site generator. I'm currently using Marmite.

• What is Dissonant Systems?

  • Dissonant Systems is the name of one of my friend groups. I run a few services for them (mostly just matrix atm, but I'm planning on also hosting things like game servers). If you hear about it, it'll probably be offhandedly when I'm talking about working on something for/with them, or if it becomes a web ring or something one day. (also my Matrix domain)
